MEDICINES FOR THE SICK in Nueva Vizcaya

The Tan Yan Kee Foundation recently donated an assortment of medicines and vitamins to the Office of Nueva Vizcaya Congressman Mayor Carlos Padilla.

The congressman spearheads a yearly civic, medical, and dental mission for Nueva Vizcaya residents. This year, the mission will be held at the municipality of Santa Fe. An estimated 5,000 people are expected to avail of free medical-dental consultations, treatment, and minor surgery. Wheelchairs and crutches will also be distributed to the physically-impaired and elderly as needed.

The Foundation’s support for health and social welfare concerns form part of its commitment to the corporate social responsibility of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies for the Filipino people.
